11:30am: Remarks by the Secretary General of the Hague Conference on Private International Law, Hans van Loon

12:00pm: Opening Ceremony concludes


A reception will follow the Opening Ceremony. Please note the Diplomatic Session will then continue in closed session until 23 November, 2007.

The Diplomatic Session will conclude on Friday, 23 November 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with a Closing Ceremony and signing of the Final Act in the Academy Building of the Peace Palace in the presence of the Diplomatic Representatives of the Member States.

A Press Conference will follow the Closing Ceremony.
